I never played it
Really great deck builder! I use this to make ideas into actual decks to play. Only request is a darkmode.
Used to be the single most helpful app I had for MTG. Now it doesn't send .dec files in email, doesn't open shared .dec files, and elegant own online.dec files. What happened???
Card database is always weeks/months old. For example no Alchemy or Kamigawa cards are in the program yet. When new cards come out I'm trying to brew and build yet I can't since the program NEVER has the new cards in a timely manner. I check the card database update button daily yet here we are. It doesn't have updated ban lists either. Other than that the program is good and works well.
Number 1 client for Magic The Gathering in terms of collection management. Allows off device storage for cross platform utility (I prefer Dropbox). Also has a PC client.
Overall a good app for building decks. Used exclusively on phone. Minor complaints are having to open the .text file, then select the app (can't open from the app), and can't seem to delete or rename decks. Suggested improvement: the ability to tag/label cards in a deck, either from a common terms list (things like ramp, draw, etc.) or able to make own labels. Then be able to track stats on labels, so you can easily see, for instance, how much card draw the deck has
If you're not going to have all the magic cards in your database, make the app free. Charging me for this and not having a staple like phyrexian alter available is garbage. Also, this app has no additional fuctions I need for deckbuilding. I should have just used on of the better free services, but I trusted your click-farm reviews. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
Mostly Good, BUT I bought this to track collections and scan in cards, and got the paid versions to do so. Its either WILDLY innacurate, or not nearly up to date on cards, I had over 40 cards from innistraad:midnight hunt and 40 more from forgotten realms be read entirely wrong, back to back. Could be an issue with the software interacting with my camera, but if the product doesnt do the job, no matter how pleasant the ui, its bad, straight up.
Editing my review (original below): While I love the layout and usefulness of the app, it's been buggy and broken for roughly a year now. Every so often I have to completely reinstall because the app stops working and then crashes on subsequent openings. Old review: Easy way to sort, organize, and export my collection and decks into Excel. The search feature is easier and more powerful than Gatherer, and I generally use this app to build and price all my decks. I can't recommend it enough.
Used to be great. Purchases won't load and price list won't display. Very sad how the app currently functions.
